We have recently renovated and all rooms, facilities, furniture are new.

We are close to all public transport directed anywhere else in the city. We are far enough from the noisy center but just close enough so that you can walk to most of the city attractions and hot spots.

THE FLOOR PIATA UNIRII
In one of the most beautiful buildings in Bucharest. Just a few minutes from the lively old town.
The Floor Piata Unirii ocupies the first entire floor of this beautiful building which was declared as an historic monument.
The large 2 bed room apartment, that can host 4 guests with a large living room and a nice small balcony [The Lux].
Our Loft apartment with the living room, kitchinet and a small balcony on the ground floor and the bedroom, shower and toilet on the second floor [The Duplex].
And our 3 double room units each with its own shower and toilet and with a common kitchen.
THE LOFT GARA DE NORD
This third location is situated near the Military Museum and the Military hospital. Only a few hundred meters from the Bucharest international train station with easy and multiple public transport.
The property has been consolidated and renovated recently. We offer on site parking for only 10 Euro per day.
The property consists of 10 fully equipped apartments. All apartments have their own heating system, air conditioning, kitchen and private bathroom.

Our terrace unit is a studio unit with a large terrace and sitting area.
Apartment 6, 7 and 9 have their own balcony.
We provide fresh linen and towels and all you need for your visit to Bucharest.

Don’t miss the daily free walking tour of the city. Meeting point is on Unirii square just a few blocks away. If you want knowledgeable guides to tell you the most interesting stories about the city, this is not to miss: from medieval tales of Dracula to more recent Soviet times with the dictator Ceausescu in power all the way to now days with anti-corruptions protests and a brighter future for Romania.
